The ‘Personal Peace Procedure’ is a process whereby you write down every negative or emotionally charged event (at the time) and work through it using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to dissolve the negative charge and replace it with a positive, relaxing one. You need an exercise book or journal and can catagorize events under headings such as age groups, or under headings of times of life/people in your life eg. Preschool, primary school, high school, young adulthood, married etc, or Mum, Dad, siblings, partners, teachers etc.
It’s an amazing process that allows you to have personal peace and empowerment in your life.
